$500,000,000 valuation and 400,300,000 shares doesn't equal North of $4 for a Nasdaq listing.
GNBT currently holds 364,003,151 NGIO shares. They COULD return and cancel around 300,000,000 of those shares to get the outstanding share count to around 100 million, and an NGIO PPS of about $5. But Generex's share would drop to the mid sixties, percentage wise.
I dont have the quote handy, but if I recall correctly, Joe has said that he doesn't see Generex's NGIO holdings dipping below 60%. Keeping 60% would leave them with little room for selling NGIO shares to raise funds for GNBT.
