Yep. This is a great post; full of salient points and analysis. The only thing I'd point out is that so many small molecule drugs run into issues with CYP450.. they all get broken down in the liver, whereas LLMab is an antibody.. there will always be applications where LLMab's safety leaves it the superior option. Half life, affinity (partial being preferable), all are superior with LLMab.
It slipped through a lot of fingers and landed right in NP's lap. Lucky guy.
