That, I think, has been overlooked, largely... CCR5 overexpression appears to play a large role in cancer cells' ability to repair DNA damaged by various chemotherapies... plug them up with LLMab, and it looks like no more repair.
Just taking resistance away would be massive; suggests LLMab should be considered for combo with every existing chemo agent. But now add on hindering metastasis, prevent recruitment of immune cells, repolarizing lymphocytes...
It's kind of mind boggling.
