But I do know that one milliliter of water is 1000mg.

But it sounds like since leronlimab has super low viscosity, then you can make a one or two milliliter vial with perhaps as much as 35% leronlimab by weight. So no misprint in the paper.

Since its not a misprint, the chemotaxis experiment reported today in the Pestell paper seems a bit suspeicious.

The concentration of leronlimab in the fluid surrounding the possibly migrating cells is something like 35% leronlimab by weight.

That is just a massive amount of leronlimab. It could never be achieved inside of any animal.

Bloodstream levels would be 1000x lower.

I seem to remember reading other chemotaxis experiments that manage to inhibit chemotaxis with CCR5 blocker levels that are achieveable in the bloodstream of mammals. Maybe I am remembering maraviroc experiments?
