I think its good, too, but the technojive is really hard to understand on this one.

Are the experimental cells that they use representative of human T-cells? They seem to be a bit of Franken-cells but again too much technojive to understand.

Is "ccr5 binding efficiency" the same as receptor occupancy? Does it matter?

One thing I did understand is that CCL5 mediated cell migration was completely defeated by treatment with leronlimab.

Unfortunately, the leronlimab concentration needed to stop the cell migration was identified as 125 or 350 milligrams per milliliter.

That concentration is not achievable in a human. The highest ever achieved in a human is 3000x lower at 100 micrograms per milliliter.

But maybe a misprint in the article? 350 mg/mL is 35% leronlimab and 65% water. Its like goop, maybe not even really a liquid. So maybe a misprint.
