It's a required annual filing. What I noticed was the timing of the filing of this document. In Ontario, for non venture listed companies, it's filed annually within 90 days of the company's fiscal year end. It's usually filed at the same time as the annual audited financials, annual md&a, notice of annual meeting, etc. so why are they filing this document now? It could be voluntary. Maybe our little art is graduating from the venture? Seems unlikely at 30 cents and 25 million market cap. Hey you big swinging baystreetdicks call blakes, or McCarthy, or osler, or Dewey ,cheetham, and Howe. Ask one of your big shot lawyers why little art is filing an AIF and why 2 months early, or 10 months late
