All three Form 5's show that Ram and George bought into the Reg A, Mark did not so far. All three exercised stock option awards which were exerciseable on 12/18/2020 at $.005 and so far it appears they kept the shares. I would take that as good news since the expiration date on those options were 12/18/2030. So, they did not have to exercise them right now. Also with the Reg A, why invest into SFOR if the future looked bleak. All three Form 5's reported yesterday. Just like everything with SFOR we shall see at some point, I guess...
