gm..well said..but if he has approval to uplist and he said early Q1 uplist then his filings should/ have to be done well ahead of approval. This goes without saying.

Technically, there shouldn't be anything holding this up anymore except his decision to release them. Otherwise why set everyone up only to create further delays, knowing for whatever reason, you can't put out official info.
