Do not believe that timing will be intentional, but do agree that it will be critical for anyone looking for a "perfect storm" spike. Looks like it could happen. If it does it should help longer term investors, as it would most likely end any short thesis for many years. It would likely fill company coffers to the point of gaining investment from even the risk-averse.
