Here is why you thought doesn't make sense: 1) If another country wanted Vyrologix, it would have made the news and we'd all know about it; 2) CYDY needs revenue, so waiting would not be in their best interest; 3) if the results are NOT validating Vyrologix, then CYDY will have lost completely.

There has been no offer made by another country for Vyrologix, not yet. If another country got it before it was approved here and it started saving lives in that other country, the US will approve it because the citizens would demand it and as we know, no SAE's.
