For those that have been around for a while, I was among the first to be overly critical of Nader's over promising and over sharing. As this is a core tenant of how I run my business.

I agree. He has improved dramatically. Still has a way to go, but I applaud the improvement. Also, while I'm giving him credit, I think hiring Mahboob is going to work out very well.

And as someone said earlier, Mahboob hasn't given us any reason to question him.
