If I may be so bold as to jump in quick here. 2nd qtr was not NPs words this is the timeline of Dr Mahboob who has yet to have any history or reputation on meeting/missing guidance. Also in the last CC he (Dr MR) mentioned possible rolling submission as they discuss with the FDA timing and such because some parts of the BLA are pretty much complete.
