It's in the 3rd offering of the Reg A at .04 approved 7 JAN for possible 38M shares. I was glad it was raised to .04 and so far 22M shares have diluted the OS leaving possibly 16M more shares. Maybe finish FRI market or next week, then done. We should see the AS reduced to 4B next OTC update as well.
