Like how there is a target date as well, Feb 7th. If we are indeed spearheading this vaccine platform rollout, we will certainly have to have an 8k filed and be current before that date.
Imagine if the Biden team came out and said “We are enlisting the help of UNIVEC Conglomerate with the vaccine rollout. They are a dark, penny stock but have a ton of connections”. Haha I don’t think so!
