Nope. We are all just pontificating while we await data. When this topic first arose, it may have been an attempt at FUD, but it turned into a conversation about how, if we show say 47% reduction in mortality (a figure we were discussing at the time), that fine tuning the dosing should increase the mortality reduction.
RO is not needed. But it could prove useful. Again, we are just killing time.
