I wonder why with all of this apparent success of Innova and QMC, that we don't see any form-4's showing the buying shares on the open market. If we are to assume these new folks are getting paid cash for their services, why haven't we seen any buying. Now, I think form 4's are just for officers, but why hasn't Steve sent us a positive signal by buying stock?? Is a NDA holding that at bay as well. Seems like a pretty simple and correct thing to do for loyal shareholders if in fact the floodgates have opened.
