I'm thinking, (?wrongly?), that RO is a theoretical MoA that at minimum, needs an FDA trial to show efficacy before it is ever allowed to be used to determine a therapeutic protocol.. Which makes me wonder why folks keep insisting on the RO theory as being tried and true and therefore determinative of LL's efficacy?? At this stage of the science of RO an approved and successful LL is more likely to help validate the RO theory rather than the reverse,.where RO validates LL.
