I know what you mean. I usually get up around 4AM. The first thing I do, besides opening up my eyes, is reach for the phone and check my 2 Covid stocks on Seeking Alpha. CYDY first because it's my biggest stake, then RLFTF, which I'm also bullish on. I check the Press releases first and then the news, which is usually a rehash of the press releases. I do this even when I'm not expecting anything. My wife thinks I'm crazy.

I have other stocks too, but I don't bother with them until the real day starts. They're not living in the moment.
