Please understand and I want the board to understand that "I am not shooting the messenger".  I really appreciate what you are doing and communicating back to all of us.  It goes above and beyond due diligence! Management, foreman, drillers, etc should be very specific with you when communicating so we have a clear understanding of what can go wrong to cause delays. I'm trying to understand how TECO can make definitive statements to shareholders about timelines/schedules without knowing the exact status of the well in question?  Reid and company should at least add qualifying statements like "as long as the lines pass pressure testing we will start drilling Friday".  The news needs to be very specific at this point in their plans. Too much otherwise has gone down and patience have run out.
