For strictly EUA purposes I don’t think there is any reason why 42 day If it was that much better than 28 day mortality could not be used to further support EUA. Now for full approval I’m not sure they can use the data since it has been unblinded after 28th day because it will have no effect on whether or not the placebo group survived between 28-42 days unless placebo group was given leronlimab once trial finished but I have not heard of that being done.
