They won't be excluded, they'll be considered a fail as will be death. Their trial excludes moderate and excludes critical leaving only severe. I lambasted their time to recovery primary endpoint but this may be worse. They're going up against standard of care in a very narrow avenue of treatment where even 1 day of vent right after lenzilumab treatment may trip them up.

Not only that but the FDA does not like companies that shop for an endpoint.
