No effort to deceive.
"We asked and the FDA said no" constitutes an "effort"?
Maybe. I am sure Lalezari was ouldy making the case for covid doses higher than 700mg.
A proper effort would have included someone who understands LL MOA and why intravenous will work better for emergent patients.
If someone like that was in the meeting when "We asked the FDA" then that individual would have been to able to obtain a coherent reason as to why intravenous LL for covid would not be attempted.
Maybe Cydy spent 20 minutes begging the FDA officials to consider the possibility that receptor occupancy testing could validate intravenous as a delivery measure.
Maybe its as simple as FDA:"Sure go ahead with phase 3 for intravenous."
