Very interesting- usually I have seen this happening on the ask side where a constant number shares at ask show up and never gets consumed and hence the stock doesn’t go up

Today I am noticing that trend on the bid at .38 there is quite an effort to take down .38 (8500) but the 8500 never changes and not letting the stock go down .. can’t complain
