Who would be the somebody (or -bodies) to know? Management. And what have they been doing which I value more than what they say. They have been doing things that tells me they believe they will have excellent results. This whole debt to equity strategy is a big gamble if they weren't confident in what's about to happen. Yes yes, confidence doesn't mean a sure thing, but that's not what started this thread. The question is who know something?
