One has to take into account that all humans don’t have the same number of T-cells and hence CCR5 receptors.
Hence the difference in RO readings on dosing.
The number of T cells an average health person has varies depending on the type of T-cell tested. In adults, a normal CD4 cell count ranges from 500 to 1,200 cells/mm3 (0.64 to 1.18 × 109/L). Normal value ranges may vary slightly among different laboratories. Some labs use different measurements or test different samples.
