Typical TECO! A principal tells Bull that Rig 7 will definitely be onsite Friday yet how can that statement be made if the site still needs an inspection?  How can rig 7 be on route and then all of a sudden it's not showing until Wednesday?  Bull aren't you questioning what you were told vs actual events?  Thank goodness they didn't PR this schedule otherwise more credibility would be shot.
