....and to take things one step further...if 6 men (Wiley / Stitts / M. Stevens / G. Stevens / S. Barton / C. Keys) are not worried about who dumps first and how many - then WHY should anyone else ?
I believe (just my opinion) that a logical conclusion here is for all to band together and really increase the visability of the business and its bottom line before selling out. They likely have someone already in mind to acquire ATWT. So much of the company is held by these 6 men plus another 6-7 LARGE shareholders that it is truly locked down TIGHT peeps. GLTA
Keep in mind that a change of control makes Restricted shares Unrestricted. Again, if Wiley and Stitts would just sell a few milly here and there for retirement $$, WHY would they elect to dilute themselves ? Stu Barton just got 80M Restricted (for 1 year) ATWT shares in the SafeBus Tech deal.
