Cytodyn has made significant efforts to allow very critical patients into the CD 12 trial. Patients receiving other immunomodulators allowed after June as well as all but high dose vasopressors (raise blood pressure in shock).
I believe the the population placebo group should be on the high end of the range of mortality.
I believe leronlimab has had every opportunity to demonstrate efficacy.
