There were only 10 Montefiore EINDs and 6 survived. There may have been more EINDs later, but I don’t recall. According to the papers published on these patients, and the design of CD12, the critical patients you mentioned in your first post were not excluded from participating. Also, I don’t recall CYDY determining the optimal dosing regime based on response besides choosing 700mg. NP said the FDA directed them to only administer 2 doses in the trial, but that’s what happens when you have NP and a PM&R doctor who don’t have the knowledge to argue with the FDA.
