We have a long way to go, to get to that point. But It's certainly possible that if Leronlimab shows 40% reduction in mortality in this trial, that over time we will see that number increase as we perfect dosing (both in terms of amount and timing).

If we are able to improve the efficacy to say 75% or more, we will be able to chance the dynamics behind this pandemic, and allow for herd immunity to occur with drastically less loss of life.

However, If we do get an EUA, the number one focus will be in production and distribution. Before we can optimize dosing we need an adequate supply. I pray that they have a plan for this.
