Brings some reality into what Dr. Dalton is up against in forming a conglomerate and trying to bring it to Nasdaq.

He has stated over and over recently that we will be heading to the Nasdaq exchange.

I don't think he would even venture to mention it on Linkedln and Twitter if it wasn't going to happen.
