Agreed. I remember reading somewhere that of the OTC stocks that uplisted to the NASDAQ, a year or two later the ones that didn't do a reverse split before uplisting (like UNVC) generally went higher after the uplist, whereas those that had a reverse split generally had a lower PPS.
Of course, if a company needs to do a reverse split, that alone may be a good indicator of lower revenues.
