Leo isn't banking on a trifecta, Brilacidin has already been tested and proven it IS a trifecta + (antiviral, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and with great immunotherapeutic values).

IPIX was a lot like Elton John/Bernie Taupin when they were trying to find a publisher for their music. They had the goods, they just needed a visionary to bring it to the public. We have Ehrlich/DeGrado being our visionaries bringing Brilacidin (and soon Kevetrin) to the medical world.

IPIX is now being brought to the public and the results should mirror the John/Taupin success in music IMO.
