I'm guessing that a part of the reason for 1 months notice of the CC was to give GNBT time to get the paperwork ready - finalize and file the appropriate S-1's and whatever else the Nasdaq needs for listing. Hopefully all is filed *before* the CC.

If that is the case, the 60 day window (ending March 15) that Joe mentioned a couple days ago should be pretty doable.
