Well said! This is a management team that concluded that an optimum way to sell software was on HSN and at Target stores. As if they were selling appliances in the 20th century. They've completely ignored populations of knowledgeable potential customers, like gamesters on Twitch.
As far as I can tell, there are only three reasons why a company like SFT can avoid making any profits for almost 20 years. Either the software isn't all that, lousy management, or a bad business model.
It's telling that the company refuses to change any dynamic that could lead to actual profitability. And why should they? The Big 3 are doing just fine, thank you, as the little people lap up their nonsense.
