As an employer I can tell you that this wage level will preclude me from hiring the totally unskilled
Another words the young and devoid of work skill rookies. Maybe if the government would puke some cash on me for training the green horn that would work. If 15 dollars an hour is good medicine why not make it $500 per hour. Same logic.
