I was incorrect stating the that the 2.1 million registered amount was the dec payment shares . The registered shares are from the original nov raise of 25 million dollars . The dec share amount was 2.2 payment for loan . So fife just registering shares from a different bucket . Like stated the higher the stock price the less shares needed to make the payment .
