Where does the $3.57 come from? Was the payment made 2 weeks ago, when our stock price was at $3.57?
It seems to me a good indication if Fife is a stock investor. The deal seemed to me that they could have the option to buy shares at $10/share, even when the share price was $25 or $35. So Fife got shares a lot cheaper than $10/share, and now when the share price goes up, he'll do quite a bit better. I'm not sure I know what I'm talking about.
