Although I don't disagree that they should do a good job on their PRs, I'm not sure what constitutes a "flawless" PR. You may have noticed that no matter what cydy does, someone will always nitpick about something they don't like about the PR. Too many tab spaces, times new roman vs Arial font etc...

Some I read and understand just fine while others came up with weird misunderstandings that I didn't get at all, but we all have different perspectives. If we were all witnesses to an accident, the police would get unique eyewitness testimony from each person here, but that's what makes the board both good and sometimes not so good. So flawless PR is eye of the beholder...but yes a nice concise PR with the main highlights would be welcome.
