The SEC has a huge job to do and is constantly in motion. It must have flexibility and lag time built into that system for the two way street?
Changes... as for enforcement generally by way of personal complaints in writing which on our level loses ground very quickly due to personal exposure "identity" as these complaints are public information. Also, any complaint one might have as an individual will be asked by the SEC Attorney if you "personally" have addressed entity/corporation office of your concern. Anyways I'm sure most investors/traders already know this but from my past it is without saying anyone is welcomed to phone them. Generally leave your name and phone number and they will call you back simply because it is their job and they actually enjoy talking with you just know in order for any possible actions one must fill out the complaint and follow through. It have been a few years since I have done this so somethings may have changed?
