They're employing a P.R. firm that can't be bothered keeping their website up to date. You might think that if SafeVChat is going to be the next Big Thing, that they'd splash its name all over their website in large letters, and proudly.
And, he's talking about uplisting again. You have to ask, how can a 1/2 penny stock, with negligible revenue, get there? You have to answer with the magic words, "another reverse split".
