The question “Will Leo be in the mood for a huge buyout offer???”
IMO the Long Term answer is yes and the Short Term answer is no.
Brilacidin is going to significantly increase in value as milestones are met, science advances/approved and as revenue flows. As the value goes up so does the cost to Big Pharma to do any specific or franchise license deals for Brilacidin and eventually for a buyout offer of IPIX. It is definitely a possibility that Gilead offers a licensing/partnership deal to IPIX to structure a combination therapy as the RBL did do some lab testing using remdesivir with Brilacidin. I believe Brilacidin will prove to be a superior stand-alone drug. There may also be other potential suitors such as CYDY’s leronlimab that may have stronger synergies and benefits in combination with Brilacidin. Leo will have an abundance of options as each of these milestones are met and the price of poker will significantly increase for Big Pharma.
- Successful Phase 2 CV19 human trial results
- Grant funding and/ or partnerships for B-CV19
- Emergency and Compassionate Use Approvals
- A funded phase 3 trial that will result in Brilacidin as a fully approved drug
- Potential combination trials
- Worldwide Revenue to IPIX for Brilacidin as the premier therapeutic for CV19
- Advancements of B-IBD UC, B-OM and other Brilacidin uses
- Advancement of Kevetrin
- Up Listing off of the criminally controlled OTX to a legitimate Stock Exchange
- Eventual covering of illegal naked short sales creating an epic short squeeze.
- Additional licensing/ royalties/ partnerships
- Eventual buy out of IPIX from a much larger entity.
As the above dominos (milestones) are achieved, IPIX will attract a flood of new investor demand that will dwarf the minimal amount of legitimate volume that is a subset of current published volume which today is mostly fake. This new investor demand will drive up IPIX SP into multiple dollar ranges versus the current environment of being priced in pennies.
