Look at Level 2. The MM that is halting the price increase is CFGN.
CFGN is an institutional MM and not a retail MM. There is an "Institutional Group" that want to buy shares and are buying lots of shares - however they do not want to pay .05
At the current price level - the influence of "trashers and bashers" is minimal in my opinion. If the price was in the "trips" or the "doubles" - that would be completely different.
For most of the last 2+ years, CFGN has not been buying or selling shares.
Also, most of the time CFGN only posts 10k blocks which are "FALSE" as the blocks are much bigger and they hide the real size. The SEC should stop this and force MM's to display the real accurate size of the blocks of shares.
