The 100K is a payment to keep the deal going, yes. But in no way is it a give us all your information and we will give you the 5 million if we feel like it or anything else. It's, hey we haven't paid the 5 million yet and here is a 'penalty' for not having the 5 million on time, but we will be paying the 5 million soon and then let's get the ball rolling.

Maybe they are getting some hits from someone domestically, we don't have a clue and perhaps on February 5th, we might hear something, we might not. Right now, I would like to hear something, but it is what it is. I am glad they are still at least in the ball game and working on other things.

I would like to hear what's going on in Arizona, along with other stuff and having to wait half a month does kind of suck, but again, it's what it is.
