How do they have access to IP if they have not fulfilled their end of the bargain yet? That doesn't even make any sense.
If they don't deliver on the 5 million, then there is simply no deal because that is part of the agreement. We cant read between the lines and just assume Generex NGIO just hands everything over to them without payment.
