At the end of 2020, that is what NP was proposing, but I think he realized that an EUA without full CD12 data would be dead on arrival. The last CC indicated that CYDY will likely wait to have the CD12 data before submitting the Phillippines EUA packet. That still seems like a flawed plan given the Phillippines guidelines for COVID EUA packets (drug just first have an EUA granted by a legit FDA first), but I guess we’ll see what happens.
