there is always 1% that might not have the safety on.
That is about 1.5 million in either direction...of the divide
or about 30,000 in any given state...most are sane
It's the anarchists that will be the issue and that is a fraction of that 1%.
Most put the leadership take down at about 180k in the US. How many fools that have swore allegiance to them you might get to 2 million. How many actually come out fighting hard to say...low number
That full clean up might take years as they go underground...as the banks goes
down. These people want paid. That presents a problem. Stores of cash will do you no good.
