Totally agree. In CD12 there are 394 patients. 10% is around 40. In the Brazil study earlier in this thread, 18% of the controls were heterozygous.
So probably around 40 patients in CD12, but it could be as many as 60.
The CD12 patients should have been genotyped and RO tested.
