If they can wait till CC they can have answers for all of these
1) wasn’t there a 8k filed that there is a delay and 100k promissory note was paid
2) 8k was filed with signature on the doc so are the bashers saying they are fake ? I don’t think any company will take the risk of filing fake to sec
3) when the IPO price and date is set this will answer that -as valuation was the one missing for IPO.. they have to wait till CC
