My insight is no better than the rest of the board on this subject.
Just gut: I don't think the FDA would want to penalize leronlimab for taking on the toughest endpoint. If deaths are reduced 30% with a p of under 10%, the 7-point ordinal scale is stat sig and SAEs are reduced, I would guess EAU.
